Product Control
- We ensure that our tea is stored, packaged and transported in a manner that maintains its wholesomeness, complies with relevant international tea logistics Standards and Customer contractual agreements, and is traceable to the gardens.
- Our quality control system is established to verify that finished products comply with customer specifications and maintain records.
- Our logistics containers are approved for tea export and are managed to maintain the proper temperatures and sealed properly, as tea is highly absorbent.
- Our packaging material is designed to prevent damage and contamination. Our teas are palletized to ensure the products packaging is not compromised and to guarantee the products safety and quality. Packaging is compliant with the customer’s specifications, including labeling.
Process Control
All process steps are designed, implemented, monitored, measured, documented, andreviewed to ensure the effectiveness of controls and compliance with international ISOstandards for tea products.
Product Traceability
- We have established a documented system that ensures every unit or batch of the tea is
- traceable.
- Our teas are single origin and, therefore, ensure quality, safety, and traceability, A pre-qualification and traceability procedure has been implemented to ensure that packaging materials and tea received at our warehouse are of approved quality and can be traced to processing factories.
- Our Tea is packaged based on customers preference and appropriately labeled to ensure traceability.
Environmental management
Our teas are grown according to environmental legislation, which maintains sustainableenvironmental management to conserve energy, soil, water resources, wildlife, and forests.
Shipping
Tea shall be shipped according to the customer’s agreed-upon requirements and International standard.
